Programme werden nicht gestartet

Mein Porblem is folgendes erst war mein Destkop kommplett leer (ohne taskleiste und so) das konnte ich beheben. aber dann trat ein neues porbblem auf. ich konnte fast keine programme mehr ausführen z.b istallations dateien und diewerse spiele. ich weiß nciht was zu tun ist und ob das an mein Windows liegt bitte antwortet bald .Danke

Damit man Dir eventuell helfen könnte müsstest Du mehr Daten geben. Z.B. seit wann dieses erste Problem besteht und was Du kurz vorher gemacht hast. Fehlermeldungen ? Was passiert, wenn Du ein Programm installieren willst ? Welche Sicherheitssoftware nutzt Du ? und sag auch mehr über Deine Hardware.

oK Also: es kommen keine fehler meldungen.Was jedieglich passiert es kommt wie immer diese sanduhren curusor dings das wars sonst passiert nichts.
(Das erst eProblem hatte ich seit dem ich ein Programm gestartet hab das mir mien freund geschickt hat das hat denn PC einfach ausgeschaltet ohne runterfahren )
Das 2 problemm hab ich seit vorgestern Seitdem ich das erste Problem behoben hab . Siecherheitssofware hab ich Norton Antivirus 2006. Was Meinst du mit hadware Garfikarte und so?.und Ich hab Windows XP.Was mir gerade aufällt ich kann mir die eigenschaften Des Arbeitsplatzes nicht ankucken. ich Hoffe das reicht dir.

sry das ich euch so nerve aber das wihederherstellen aht auch nciht funktioniert.aber bei einer datei die das gliche problemm hat sandt auf einmal "die datei wird von einem anderen programm ausgeführt" is das ein virus wenn ja hab cih kein probleme mit neu installation.

OMG mann is mein PC jetz schrott ich kann net mla den normelen Internet explorer öffnen.(das gleiche problem wie immer). darum aknn ich nciht deinen scanner benutzen. aber ich hab ein anderen scan gefunden

Da gibt es für mich nur eine Lösung...platt machen und alles schön neu aufbauen und installieren.

Nach einer solchen Verseuchung hätte ich kein bisschen Vertrauen mehr in meinen Rechner.

Von WinXP CD starten und auf C:\ formatieren und Windows installieren.
Danach bitte nicht mehr Norton 2006 installieren .. sonden einen anstaendigen Virenscanner und alles was Du sonst noch hast an Laufwerken, CDs immer erst scannen.
